The Little Black Cookbook is a re-brand of “First Principles – The Basics Cooking Handbook” which was released in September 2003. The Little Black Cookbook was released in 2008 to coincide with the launch of Black Book Cooking, my Food Education Website. I wanted the cookbook to be the hard copy version of what the site covered.
We’ve sold less hard copies of the book, which are Print on Demand (POD), but gave away thousands of eCopies to new website registrations.
The Little Black Cookbook is currently not in print, but the third edition of First Principles is about to be released, to coincide with the launch of my new website, a rebrand of Black Book Cook – entitled Victoria Hansen Food.
The Little Black Cook Book will be re-released in 2015 with brand new content.
