In 2005 Breville approached me to be their brand ambassador. We had previously worked together in a sponsorship capacity; they sponsored my 2GB Segment with Chris Smith.

As part of the brand ambassadorship, I was asked to launch the Breville Concept stores for Myer in Sydney and Melbourne with a series of cooking demonstrations in store.

The presentations consisted of a series of recipes made using the colourful new Breville appliances, demonstrating their functionality and versatility.
The stores were a huge success for Breville and were the introduction of colour to the small appliance leader.
